Major Updates

Business Intelligence

  • Reporting for Product performance
  • Reporting for company cash flow (revenue controlling vs cash expectation)

Desktop

  • It is possible to login to Atollon using Single Sign-On technology (useful for multiple Atollon instances organizations)

Recruitment

  • Talent Source - new tool to help recruiters compare Atollon data with LinkedIn now supports Desktop and new CV Inbox for automated CV imports

Server

  • Technical migration to newest version of programming language (C++) that allows us having comprehensive stability and security testing as well as heavy under the hood improvements

Webmail

  • Now supports full HTML mail editing incl. HTML mail forwarding

Calendar

  • New CalDAV protocol standard added for reading user's calendar data using native iPhone or Android app tools and other scheduling clients

Desktop

  • It is possible to share link to Atollon data (clients, contacts, projects, invoices, tasks, messages, etc.)

  • New fully automated Applicant profile import tool turned from Front-end to Back-end - on a path to one-click CV imports

Enhancements

  • Business Intelligence - Project Profitability report now includes deal value to show complete project cash flow pipeline from sales, over budgets to real revenues
  • Business Intelligence - new Team reporting supports orgchart reporting with users migrating from team to team in time
  • Document Library - support for Alfresco DMS integration now supports new API
  • Finder - now all components track changes and protect users against accidental loosing of updates
  • General - new print engine allowing to modify headers/footers of printed documents dynamically
  • Invoice - new external reference number for accounting software integration that allowed us to use internal invoice description again for the purpose it was meant to at the beginning
  • Invoice - it is possible to mass-change products in invoice, estimate, etc.
  • Invoice - issued invoices ronding has been changed to adopt new VAT rules
  • Invoice - new invoice taxation date defaults changed (may require further optimization due to various workflows)
  • Invoice - now remembers previously chosen options in Invoice header
  • Products - now it's possible to show/hide active or inactive products easily
  • Products - it is possible to administer Product statuses
  • Recruitment - BI - reporting for Sourcing activity - now it is possible to show recruitment pipeline statistics based on sourcer's activity
  • Recruitment - listing skills and synonyms is now more robust - using lower-case and diacritics to make automated CV import easier
  • Recruitment - new Applicant Search criteria "Does have contact info" - means show only contacts that can be contacted immediately
  • Recruitment - more robust identification of duplicate contacts to support new Talent Source (LinkedIn) tool

Bug Fixes

  • Business Intelligence - new Timesheet BI report now fully functional, incl. user friendly chargeability displaying
  • Contact - improved way of automated GDPR consent updating using online GDPR approval tool
  • Form - fixed broken custom scripting in desktop app
  • Invoice - it is possible to mass-remove items from invoice again
  • Messages - moving messages now works without any freezing
  • Recruitment - it is possible to undo pending changes in marketing channel update
  • Reporting - fixed filtering for "Current User" relative report filter criteria in some report fields
  • Time Sheet - updating time sheet fixed - now only people with access priviliges to Edit internal or external rates may update price information in Time records
  • Sales - fixed custom ordering of Sales Items in Deals
