Atollon Reef (Mobile 2.0) Release Notes

We are excited to announce the latest updates to the Atollon Reef (Mobile 2.0) application. This release brings a host of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to improve your experience.

Timeline Improvements

  • Enhanced the Timeline with cosmetic updates and introduced preview functionality for better visual appeal and usability.
  • Continued development on advanced Timeline features to enrich user interaction.

Expense and Timesheet Enhancements

  • Improved the responsive design of Expense and Timesheet popups for mobile devices.
  • Fixed date component issues in Timesheet and Expense forms to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Enabled editing of Expenses in popup mode on mobile platforms for added convenience.

Workflow Queue Fixes

  • Resolved issues with the workflow queue not processing after signatures or activity status changes, ensuring smoother workflow operations.

Form and Date Field Fixes

  • Resolved various date format and date-time saving issues in form fields and custom forms for consistent data handling.

Checkbox and Form Values Fixes

  • Fixed issues with boolean form values, including checkbox display and functionality, to ensure accurate form submissions.

External Contacts and Responsible Users

  • Improved management of external contacts and responsible users, including adding, deleting, and fixing display issues within contexts.

Service Activity Header Fixes

  • Fixed display issues in the service activity header, including provider/supplier names and slave activity types, for clearer information presentation.

Context Status Fixes

  • Fixed issues with context status changes not updating or displaying correctly, enhancing the reliability of status indicators.

Global Search and Finder Fixes

  • Corrected global search status colors for better visual distinction.
  • Resolved keyboard navigation issues within global search and improved keyboard browsing functionality in Finder.
  • Enabled URL sharing by fixing Finder path issues for easier collaboration.

Keyboard Handling Improvements

  • Improved keyboard handling and shortcuts across the application, including in comments and mobile views, and resolved related display issues to enhance user experience.

Custom Form Enhancements

  • Enhanced custom forms with the new FormView component, added options for form IDs and formValues IDs, and fixed issues with empty forms and saving for more robust form functionality.

Task and Timesheet Improvements in Context

  • Improved task and timesheet overviews within folder and project contexts, including introducing a new Task List component in context details for better task management.

Signature Component Updates

  • Updated the Signature component with layout improvements and essential bug fixes to enhance usability and reliability.

Recruitment Dashboard Fixes

  • Improved the Recruitment Dashboard by fixing access issues, resolving problems in activity detail views, and refreshing its identity for a better user experience.
  • Updated the Gallery and documentation for better user guidance.
  • Introduced a new standardized Apps Overview for consistency.
  • Fixed issues when adding photos to categories in the Gallery.
  • Resolved problems with missing names in apps for clearer identification.

Other Fixes and Enhancements

  • Applied various styling updates, including fixing CSS issues affecting the Edit field display, changing the refresh button appearance on the Activity Panel, and other minor visual enhancements.
  • Corrected deployment issues to ensure smoother updates.
  • Added support for root login to enhance security measures.
  • Enabled adding primary paths as URLs within the Reef application for improved navigation.
  • Fixed loading issues of folder types for better data organization.
  • Resolved issues with comment saving to prevent data loss.
  • Fixed paging and detail retrieval issues within activities for smoother navigation.
  • Corrected Czech translations for better localization and user understanding.
