New Features

Generic

  • WithWhen generating documents using MS Word documents,(docx) template, you can now select desired output -in both original MS Word format, or PDFyou can directly output document in PDF, without need to open you MS Word application

  • Merging of contacts added to clean up DB in case duplicity in contacts found

Estimates

  • Create Estimate from (service) activity

Products

  • Support for products stock quantity in products listing (both on stock and available with the respect on product reservations)
    Wide support of scenarios - manual, automated, synchronized with your accounting software

Finder

  • Master and slave activities support, enabling to configure relations between activities on various contexts (may be used in detailed equipment service activities or specific business processes - such as selection procedures with suppliers, etc.)

  • It is possible to sort contact information on New/Edit contact form to show higher priority contact info first

Estimates

  • Adding product to Estimate now checks for product price list currency and warns about changes to Estimate's currency setup

Finder

  • When creating project or activity, proper user roles are added automatically
  • It is possible to setup required fields and configure displaying / hiding components on New (client) folder

Invoices Approvals

  • Fine tuned PDF preview for approving documents / invoices with documents attached

Messaging

  • Brand new HTML e-mail editor based on TinyMCE
  • New HTML e-mail editor supporting HTML WYSIWYG editing of e-mail templates
  • New editor supporting mass mail in HTML mode

Products

  • Switch between base vs individual products added
  • Improved speed of products listing
  • Optimized price lists - possibility to search for base or individual price lists by name of the price list

Projects

  • It is possible to set tracking codes during project creation as required
  • New project now supports adding Installed (technology) itesms
  • It is possible to copy projects (incl. form values)
  • Several enhancements in Projects filtering, in case projects are used to track Installed Technology (searching on serial code of the tracked assets, etc.)
  • Support for multi-level project listing in Project Overview - displaying Client > Business Unit > Project structure
    It is possible to setup required fields and configure displaying / hiding components on New project

Service Activities

  • It is possible to copy activities (incl. form values)
  • Activities Overview now contains financial data (revenues, costs, orders value, estimate value, etc.) as well as last/first Event to support service activities planning process
  • It is possible to setup required fields and configure displaying / hiding components on New activity

Recruitment

  • Applicant search criteria may now be sorted to keep most used at top in the list
